This will be our final fundraising dinner of the year, and we are so excited to be hosting French chef, Sebastian Brochot at Spike Island on the 8th November.

Seb is a wonderful French chef who trained in Burgundy. He moved to the UK 30 years ago, where he worked in restaurants, hotels and event catering and has been working with Square Food for many years.

He has a passion for French food and believes that social interaction around food is very important.

The evening will be a celebration of French homely family cooking and the dishes will be prepared as Seb’s mum would have when he was a child and served sharing style!

One not to be missed.
